so the "wonderful" season of shopping is here! i am stressed out of my gourd! not enough money to make my family happy.. how sad of a statement is that! lol! but true! not only do i have all couples to shop for, but i have 3 couples that had a baby, then i have my bro who just got married and his b-day is in december!!! aaahhh to much!! that's it home made scarfs for everyone! my bro gets 3 of them!! lol! i wish i was more creative and thrifty! um... i could write everyone a poem.... um.. i could give them all free baths! lol! don't know! to stress full! so this next video on my video bonanza is linkin park.. this song always makes me cry!! it is just too beautiful! and the video.. well this is me during the shopping season!! lol!! oh, sorry the sounds off, but it think you get the idea! :D

the sky was soooo beautiful tonight while the sun was setting! it was a lovely shade of red orange with gray mashed potato looking clouds all around it! i had a very strong feeling that the was a bunch of love in the air! don't know if it was directed at me... but whomever it was for i hope they had a great night!!! :D and i hope you guys had a good one too!

well my wonderful friends at covenspace... i think i have found my new field of study!! last night i was trying to figure out what gives me the warm fuzzies.... well besides you all and gerard way.... and it hit me! i LOVE words! i began to try to see what it is about music that i love {cause that is the first warm and fuzzy that hit me} and it's the words! i know for a lot of people it's the music itself. the way that the drums make you feel inside the rush that a guitar gives you or the cozy feeling that a base guitar can give. so i began to ponder what is it that i adore so much about my music! it's the words! i have always been the kind of girl who would rather express myself with my words than with my actions.. nope never been much of a pouter! lol! and then i realized that i have always loved edgar allen poe! i have a collection of his and so i decided to read it! man is he a genius! i think i will need to read over and over and over again to get all of the nooks and crannies! but one of the first ones i read were his poems.... and you know, if i didn't know better i would think poe was a pagan!

so i want to study poe and lovecraft {thanks to jackal and my bro.. they do make him sound pretty cool! :D} and i also want to study poems... so anyone have a favorite?? or even an author who is in the same twisted category! lol! the poets don't have to be like them... i would just love to know who your fav.s are! not to sure where i am going with this.. i suppose that i would be able to write better poems and perhaps write better stories.. but it is more for hobby i suppose! i remember when i was in school that i always loved halloween {because i was always a witch at heart and...} because we would always read about poe and read his stories! has anyone ever read eleonora? i just read that one for the first time last night! to me it really shows what love was like for him! just an amazing story!
and we could never forget the raven! {i think this is where my fascination with them started!}

soooo yesterday was an interesting day! i went to a 2 year olds b-day party. it was only from about 4-7pm. it was ok... pretty mellow, but ok. so i arrived at the party gifts in hand. the mom grabs the gifts and says "oh and we have bean dip!" i say ok! great! so there is a few people there and so i am chatting with some who i haven't seen for a while. then i think, well i should try this here bean dip! the mom knows i am a veggie so that's why i figured she pointed out the dip to me. so i dig in. after 2 bites i look up and go.. "um does this have meat in it?" and they all were like ya! oh, no!! um you could scrape off the top layers, they have no meat on them!!!! then it turned into make little silly jokes at the veggie! i got all of the stupid ones, from "oh, i'll carry the bean dip.. you shouldn't touch it! to you've never seen this movie?? i mean i know you don't eat meat, but i didn't think you were that odd!" the dad said that the mom said, we have bean dip, but not for you! i didn't hear that last part! oh well! i guess i ate a little bit of cow! totally not the first time since i turned veggie! i once ate a whole plate of nachos to realize that there was little bits of ground beef in it! lol! oh well! whatever doesn't make me puke makes me stronger right!? so how was your sunday!! anything interesting happen to you all??? do tell! :D
hello all!!! :D i feel sooo great! i am super-charged and ready to kick some ass!! i have decided to rededicate myself to a few things... the first being my vegetarianism. i had been a true veggie {no meat at all} for about 3 years before i met my ex... he talked me into eating chicken and turkey and fish on occasion.. it's now been about 7 years and i was still eating chicken! i had said more times than i could count that i was going to stop... but now i mean it! :D i had my favorite chicken salad at bjs last night and i didn't eat the chicken! {i was sharing it so i couldn't ask for no chix}. something in me just snapped when i was watching this video... now, if you have a weak stomach or can't watch sad things involving animals, don't watch this!!!! it is really hard for me to watch, but i need it to remind me to stop eating animals... now, this isn't about that in particular, that's just where it hit me. and please don't think i am showing this cause i want you all to join me! i am the last person who would ever ask someone to be a veggie!! i feed my dogs raw meat everyday! and i would cook meat, if i had someone to cook for! :D like i said, this video is about more than that, the veggie thing is just where it hit me... actually i think it's supposed to be about caring for the environment. it is a music video for rise against.. great song by the way!!!! :D
and the other things i am rededicating my self to are my business, taking care of me and my animals, and the craft! most of this was brought on by a very quiet full moon ritual last night. i think this may have been the most intense ritual yet! i stood outside and just stared at her... then i felt a warm sensation.. like as if someone was hugging me. i closed my eyes and then i saw her! she was right in front of me! she began to tell me things.. it was really funny because she was whispering to me in my right ear.. i am deaf in my right ear! what she told me was quite personal.. but it was just amazing!!! i had a great night!!!! :D i could actually feel her face against mine while she was whispering to me!!! i have never had that strong of a connection before!! too cool! i hope you all had a wonderful full moon! i sure did!!
