Thank you so much for your suggestions! I will start working on that. You have been so very helpful! The visualizations are something I can do. The exercize that I most enjoy hurts to much to do right now. I love working with weights. But I will find something that works until I can get my shoulder straighted out.

See, that's where I'm at a loss - My path originated on a Native American road, so it was a Medicine Path, not a Magickal one. (And NO! - I am *not* saying I was a Medicine person AT ALL!! Maybe in another life but certainly not this one.) Because I am an anglo, I had trouble for years reconciling the fact this path called me at all. And then there was the spiritual vampire who called himself a spiritual leader - (eyeroll!)

So, any way, I don't have a pantheon - I've done a little studying on Hecate, other than that ... But I do have Ted Andrew's "Animal Speaks" and he often references different cultural thoughts and beliefs - so maybe I need to start there. What a great idea - looking at my totems and reference the different beliefs to see if I can come up with a "theme" of some sort. I'm rather wide open.

Bats have hovered close by for years now. I once had one do a 90 degree turn away from the side of my head while my brother/friend and I were discussing something very intense (and spiritual for me. I felt the breeze from his wings on the side of my face. It was awesome.

Not doing too bad, thank you! Just a bit melancholy. Hey - I have a really cool Poe DVD to watch. It's a film of three tales of Poe made in 1969 in French. The film is called Spirits of the Dead. Each one has a different director, and really cool ones at that - Federico Fellini, Louis Malle, and Roger Vadim. It stars Brigitte Bardot, Alain Delon. Jane Fonda, Peter Fonda, & Terence Stamp. as for the orbs/smoke i don't see anything i just feel like i should take a pix...and then usually an orb pops up-- when i force it or just take pix to take pix of the back yard at night i don't usually get anything--whatever that means-
