....well, sortah.

tomorrow i am off to see my bro! seattle here we come! we are driving out there. it will take 2 days!! yikes!!! but it will be worth it! :D i miss my bro and i miss seattle! it is so beautiful there. lots of cool people out there too. i'm gonna look up a local witch shop. :D i love vacation witchery! lol! i still have a little packing to do and a bit of cleaning. but i'm amped! i can't wait! i need a vacation so bad! lol!

omg!! i almost forgot!! ha!! you guys rock like no other! do you know that?!?! you are a group of strong witches! i got 3 new clients yesterday!! ha!! i can't remember the last time i had that many people call me in one day and then have them all say yes to my pricing and yes to grooming soon. :D :D :D it's working on this end. aaannndddd one of the people called about one dog and ended up having 2 and wanting me to groom both!! yay!!!!!! so things are looking good. :)

ok, so i'll be gone until tuesday. i will check in when i get back. this will be the longest time i will have without you all. *sigh* it won't be easy.. but i'll do it. ;)  i leave you with some pure unadulterated alysia.....

omg i had soooo much fun at michaels!! i really had to restrain myself, but it was FUN!! last time i was there i picked up 6 of there wonderful candles that were on sale. i ended up getting 6 more {i won't need to candle shop for a while!}!!! but they, of coarse, have all the fall and halloween goodies out. they have some new candles that are to die for! i'm hopping that they will go on sale after the season. cause they are yummy. like apple cinnamon, cinnamon bun, fall leaves...mmmm. so wonderful! they also had put out more halloween stuff so i perused that. they had so many things that i had to keep putting down! lol! the best thing that i saw was a giant crow statue! he was beautiful! he was 30 clams!! no go for me. :( however he had a lil bro who was only $2. :D ladies and gentlemen i give you poe: i'm thinking i'll ask for the big guy for my b-day. :D and then i found a wonderful little witchy who was just begging me to take her home! i give you beatrice gobblinworker: isn't she cute!?! they had one who had purple hair.. but bea just was to cute!! oh, and i got some witches brew candles that are black. :D :D :D i'm happy! i have to hold myself back when i go to these kinds of places cause i always want to buy out the store!!! ugh! they also had a broom with a sign that said something about witch parking all others will be toad. ;) i wanted that one to... but i restrained.

so cerberus told me about a wonderful book that is helping me out so much. i am reading it while i wait for his to come out!! click here to see his wonderful book. so as i wait i am reading *you can heal your life* by louise hay. it is amazing! loving it! if you all can check it out, you should! so something clicked for me while reading it. and cause i always like to share such things with you all, here you go! ;) i now know why i have always attracted and dated the boys that i wouldn't want to date. the very first guy i dated was a dream boat! blond hair blue eyes very athletic. he was HOT! we dated for a while {this was in jr. high} and then he had his friend call me and break up with me. i was devastated!! at that age i thought you were supposed to marry the fist boy you date. he had no reasons, just did it. as i was at home crying up a storm i was listening to def leppard... as i often did at that age. ;) and a line in bringing on the heartbreak hit me like a ton of bricks!! he says *easy come, easy go.* so i decided to let my now ex go. and not have power over me... well.... i never loved again. i never let anyone have such power over me. i began to date the guys that no one else would. almost anyone who would ask. i began to "protect" myself from that kinda hurt. aaannnndddd i really think that was the day that i decided i didn't need anyone's help! that i could do it all on my own. *sigh* that leaves you with an awfully lonely existence. but now i see it. and now i know that i can open myself up to accept a true love. and it's ok to get hurt. :D yay!!!! so i just had to share. hope you all have a wonderful day! off to work, then clean and get read for my vacation!! i am going to seattle on wed. to see my bro! yay!!! ok.. so apparently i need to say this today. i have a few mins before i go fight people at michaels.... they are having a 4 hour sale!! eeeeaaakkkk!!! lol!! they already have my favorite big ass glass candles for $1.50 which if you aren't counting is 60% off of the normal $4.99!! and so you get an extra 25% off your whole purchase.. sssoooo i'm gonna stock up on those bad boys!!! i use them instead of lights at night. saves a lot on electricity. :D ok.. where was i? oh yes.. why we need to be our own people..

so today i had to make a quick run to nordstrom. for those who may not know.. it's a ritzy snotty store where everything is wwwwaayyy over priced and the people who work there treat you like a something that came out of a dogs arse that they stepped on on their way to starbucks.. if you know what i'm sezzin! :D i have literally seen a crystal bracelet that was made on a stretchy string for $80!!! my mom just about died cause she makes better things that are wayyyy less! ha!! anyway... i am wearing a long *broomstick* skirt with a hurley tee shirt on. my hair.. well, i barley dried it but yes i did wash it!! lol!! annnnd i don't have a speck of makeup on. however, i think i look like a goddess!! :D i really do i feel beautiful today. i needed to go in there to make a payment on my friends card. {she loaned it to me when my rv broke down and i didn't have the $800 in cash to pay for it. great friend huh?!} i usually avoid this store like the plague! lol! but i had to go. so i walked by all the people who worked there without one of them stopping me to ask if i needed help or if i wanted to sample some rank perfume. i found a girl at a counter who was just finishing a transaction so i could sneak in right behind and get the fudge out! the girl glanced up at me and didn't even smile. i gave her my best alysia smile. full of cheese and love! ;) {which go nicely together if you ask me!} she looked down. then i said, "hello" she says, "hi". then the phone rings. she didn't even say excuse me! she just grabbed it. she talked on the phone while she processed my payment. never looked at me. just kept talking. she got off and then the phone rang again before she finished me up. grabbed it and finished the transaction and her important phone conversation. handed me my receipt and the card. looked back to see a person who she was trying to sell some $1000 bag and then didn't even say thank you or good bye or **** off you scummy piece of dog s**t! she said in her best fake happy nice time voice "hi!! how are you!! so you are back!!" and proceeded to walk off. lol!! f**k that b**ch!! ha!! i thought it was sooo funny! i walked out into the mall and was bugged by all the kiosk people, "ma'am, would  you like to try some lotion? hi would you like to try our new shear makeup. makes you look 10 years younger?!" so apparently i only looked like a tool in nordstrom. whatever! and you know what else?!! i was getting smiles and men checking me out the whole time! and not in the snotty "what is she waring" kinda look. no it was a "how  you doin" look. :) about 2 years ago i would've been sad.. you know it probably wouldn't have even happened cause i would've dressed up to go pay a bill! lol!! i laugh now cause i see how truly dumb that is! i feel sad for these people who think that what the look like on the outside makes them a better person. it's ridiculous! yesterday i helped my friend move... her sort of ex helped. all she could say was how much she hated what he was wearing and that his shoes {which i liked!!} were an embarrassment to society!! i turned to her and said.. "HE WAS DRESSED TO MOVE YOU!! WHAT DID YOU EXPECT HIM TO WEAR!? A SUIT!!!!" lol! what's wrong with people! as i was helping her put her unpack i saw so many things that i've never owned. like a kitchenaid mixer. a oster blender. a smoothy machine. all name brand all things. *sigh* i don't get it. i don't care about all that crap. i don't think it's important. i don't even care if someone has a *dorky* habit or hobby! so much judging in this world. so i say f**k it! i'm gonna be me. cause really being what everyone else wants me to be is very tiring. because most people will still say that i'm too, fat, brunette, short, loud, stupid, horribly dressed, or just to playin gorgeous!! :D so i don't care anymore! i can truly say that after the nordstrom fiasco! i really don't care. that chic is setting herself up for a shallow boring existence! i, on the other hand, am not. i live my life to the fullest. and am here to live, love, and laugh! ok. that's enough. lol!! love who you are, and be who you are. even if you have a secret obsession with gummy bears! that's ok. you know i think that it's 90% what you put out there! if you say.. with a pensive, whiny, voice... asking...not really stating.. "i love gummy bears???" that is just asking for a laugh! but if you say it with confidence, and maybe even a smirk... "i love gummy bears." sounds better don't you think? ;) i've gotten weird looks when i say that i LOVE poe. oooh the best one is when i say i have 5 dogs!! hahahah!! i get some great responses from that one! had a client say.. "oh that's why  you don't have kids." ha!! that's my favorite. but i've found that if i just say it like it's a fact, less people look at me like i have a second head growing out of my neck. ok. that's enough. i'm really done now! off to get some great deals!! close your eyes and see yourself in your home in your current financial situation. think of all of the problems, where you are hurting the most. {such as a bill you can't afford} see yourself paying/fixing it. see your bank account with the necessary funds needed. perhaps if you have a person who owes you money, see that person paying. see it, feel it, know it. don't worry about where the money will come from. just know that you need to open yourself up to the universe and pay attention to where it can come from. open yourself up to it and say *i am ready to make this money. i am ready to have more financial stability.* see the energy of prosperity wooshing around you. see it around all of us. can then say something like *blessings of prosperity to us all. a new life of comfort and bliss will be ours to live. energies given and energies taken, together we are strong and together we will succeed!!* :)

i had a thought while reading lisa's latest blog... a lot of us are financially strapped right now... so lets do something about it!! i think we all should do the same spell on the same night! like i don't know.. lets say.. THE FULL MOON!!! wouldn't it be awesome knowing that your fellow witches are doing the same spell with you?! i think it could be fun! :D perhaps either merle or i or anyone else could make a little spell. :) we could post it and then go for it! something simple but effective. i think it would be awesome!! so who's with me?!!??
