let me begin with an explanation.. i had a rip roaring headache today. i also had a full appointment book!  no rest for the wicked i guess.. so i groomed, i was cranky, didn't feel like me... my normally good dogs were lil bastards today! lol! i know it was cause of my mood. it also didn't help that we had record highs. it hit 106* people!!! i love love love that i am able to be outside all day everyday.. but today!?! i took a bath with the dogs, on purpose! thank the goddess for shorts and crocs! lol!!  so as i was painfully looking though covenspace today i noticed that a lot of us could use some healing. i began to think of all my wonderful, beautiful friends here who are in need. a thought crossed my throbbing head... *write a poem for them. help them heal* so i thought about it. and the more i thought about it, the less my head hurt. so perhaps my lovely friends aren't the only ones who this poem can help. :)  so here it goes... please let me know if i missed anyone. i would be more than happy to add you. :D
