aaahhhhh!! it's good to be back!! :D i feel wonderful today!! i am back to my bouncing bubbling silly self!!! i feel great!! :D today i fee like this!

yesterday i had a bit of a meltdown! i had to deal with some of my creditors on the phone... i wanted to kill them! i yelled at one of them!! lol! i did ask for more fire in my life!!  lol! i got it! i went off on the woman! she was being REALLY rude to me! so i didn't take it! :D  but i was soooo mad when i was done that i was shaking! and crying a little... soooo i put on my ipod and went for a LOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGG walk! i blared rise against and just let the emotions flow!! i ended up picking up a twig.. i put all of  my anger/anxiety into this twig... i began to feel alive again! i felt VERY grounded!! then i walked to a little park. i went up to my favorite tree and took my shoes off and stood in the grass barefoot. i touched the tree and took a deep breath. i felt the soothing strong energy flowing from it to me! i stood there for a little while.. not caring what the people in the park thought of me! i let go of the twig and the tree put my shoes back on, and for a thanks to the park an the earth, i went an picked up trash. i walked home a new woman! it was awesome!!!!!!! i highly recommend it! i feel like am back and better than ever! i love life again! before i was in a very cloudy reality! now i am here and i am happy! well i am off to have fun with erin! i hope she's ready for this me!!! lol!! :D have a great day guys!!! oh, and p.s. all the great energy has helped!! special thanx to joe!!! you are soo good!!!! :D
